DLM Forum Members' Meeting in Dublin, 3-5 November 2026

The DLM Forum’s next members’ meeting is a triennial – a three-day event open to a wider audience, with non-members also warmly welcome. It will take place on 3–5 November at the Aviva Stadium in Dublin and will be hosted by the National Archives of Ireland.

The theme of the meeting is “Transforming the Digital Landscape: Governance, Culture, and Trusted Futures for Public and Private Institutions”, with three tracks:

  1. Digital Transformation in Government and Public Services
    Focus: How governments are implementing digital transformation while ensuring accountability, transparency, and effective information governance.
  2. Digital Transformation in Cultural and Memory Institutions
    Focus: Digital preservation, access to cultural heritage, and innovative engagement with archives and collections.
  3. Future Challenges in the Digital Realm
    Focus: Emerging risks and opportunities in the digital environment.
